Goodie-bag

Nothing beats a BIG goodie bag!!!! Yesterday me and my friend went to see a Danish designer called Jesper Høvring, who had made a collection of dresses together with the Costume magazine.

The dresses were lovely and so was the event. It was a pleasure to see beautiful fashion while enjoying a small drink.

We all received this amazing goodie bag with SO many wonderfull and usefull things. I am already a fan of the parfume and mascara :)

Streets of New York

Today has been a very warm and nice day in Copenhagen. I have spend the whole day with my friends out in the sun.. last year at this time I was in New York taking these pictures. I would REALLY like to go there soon again, but until then I will just have pictures to enjoy :)

Recipe: Weekend buns

Happy Saturday :) Now that it is weekend, and we all (hopefully) have a little sparetime, I would like to share a good recipe on buns.

Ingredients:

75 grams of butter

4 dl milk

25 grams of yeast

1 egg

1 teaspoon sugar

A little salt

Approximately 500 - 520 grams of flour

First you dissolve the yeast in the milk.

Melt the butter, and add it to the milk and yeast.

Add the egg, and stir the mixture.

Add sugar, flour and salt and stir.

Let the dough rest for 1 hour.

Then make small buns, and bake them in an oven, that is 200 degrees in about 13 minutes.

The days have gone so fast the last couple of weeks, and now it is already june.. however, it is never to late to look back on some good moments, from when it was May :)

The other day I went for a walk in the park, to look at the beautiful flowers and enjoy the weather.

Silicone-baking-forms

When baking cupcakes often, it is handy with silicone forms, that can be used again and again. Silicone forms are available in all sizes and colors.

On the pictures is shown, some of them I use. They have a small size, which I like.

The pink bag

H&M often cooperates with different designers and make great results.. this bag is from the Versace for H&M collection, which I loved!!!! Me and my friends bought sooo much of it, but this is one of my favourite items.. the pink bag :) Isn't it nice!! and a little "too much" in the perfect way.

Cupcakes of New York

When I travel to New York, what I always go first for is the cupcakes. New York is the place where the best of them can be found!! My favorite place is Magnolia Bakery. They have the cutest cakes with frosting in pretty colours.
