Vanilla cupcakes








Cupcakes are my absolute favorite cake! They can be made with so many different flavours and toppings, and they are perfect for most occations.

Today I want to share a great recipe for vanilla cupcakes with chocolate icing.

Ingredients :

Dough:
115 grams of butter. 115 grams of sugar. 2 eggs. 115 grams of flour. 1 tea spoon baking powder. 2 table spoons of milk. 1 tea spoon vanilla sugar.

Icing:
Powdered sugar. Cocoa-powder. Water.

Mix butter and sugar. Add the eggs. Slowly add the flour and baking powder and stir.

Add milk and vanilla and stir.

Put the dough in small cake-forms. It should be approximately 1 table spoon in each form.

Bake them in an oven, that is 180 degrees for about 15 minutes, untill you can stick a fork in them, where nothing sticks to the fork.

The icing is made by mixing powdered sugar, cocoa-powder and water, untill you have a mixture, that is enough solid to stay on the cakes.
