Recipe: Weekend buns




Happy Saturday :) Now that it is weekend, and we all (hopefully) have a little sparetime, I would like to share a good recipe on buns.

Ingredients:
75 grams of butter
4 dl milk
25 grams of yeast
1 egg
1 teaspoon sugar
A little salt
Approximately 500 - 520 grams of flour

First you dissolve the yeast in the milk.
Melt the butter, and add it to the milk and yeast.
Add the egg, and stir the mixture.

Add sugar, flour and salt and stir.

Let the dough rest for 1 hour.

Then make small buns, and bake them in an oven, that is 200 degrees in about 13 minutes.
